I am ready for this Holiday Season! I have put something together to help those in need and those struggling. With your help I ask for you, while you are here for your session, to write a prayer for you or maybe someone else on your mind. When you’re done place your prayer onto the tree. I would really love to fill up the tree! Why a prayer? Because most don’t believe in the power of Gods good grace. When we come together and say a little prayer we inspire and create positivity. Just knowing you were thought about during a time of struggle or doubt helps you know you are not alone. 🙏🏻 🕯️

Something AMAZING, happened today. My brother started his business for Music Therapy!!! What is Music Therapy? Well I will tell you…It is healthcare! Using music for Physical, Mental, emotional, Cognitive and social needs. It is a structured process using music to help individuals. If you can give a Like, Follow and Share! My brother helped those’d with mental disabilities, veterans and patients on hospice. It is absolutely amazing how music helps us.

Left is looking more open especially between my toes.

Right I need to work on big toe and arch . My toes used to look closed and gripping onto my shoes .
They would hurt in shoes and the top of foot my would rub the inside of shoe. Which was very uncomfortable . My heels would hurt so much like they were being squeezed. I have dedicated 2 years to opening my toes, wearing wide toes box shoes or open toed shoes. I have also focused on strengthening my toes by grabbing the towel, or just items. I also try to build my ankle strength walking on my tip toes. It is hard but it definitely has helped my knees and my back.
