Ghost roots before NY trip 🤘🏼❤️🖤
We started with previously black dye , went on to lighted the root and a little past to fade into the black.
Then we did red vivid on the root and black gloss on the end to brighten it back up.
I recommended to use a red shampoo to maintain the red bright.

For the ones that wear their hair curly about 80% of the time we do a curly dry cut first.
Reason behind it is I can cut the shape with your curl pattern so that we don’t over cut.
Our head does not have the same exact curl pattern all around the head. If I stretch and pull all around the head like a regular haircut we would end up with curls that are shorter than the rest.
After shampooing I double check if there were any curls stuck that need some trimming.
Have you had a cury@cut like this before?

We make plans and God laughs. Last few days have been slow mornings , sleeping a lot eating a lot of protein keeping up with fluids and enjoying the occasional cloudy mornings to tend to our garden before sister arrives.
I went to work yesterday for a little bit and the plan is to ease back to what was scheduled. Than you for everyone being patient while we figured out where to place you in my schedule.

🌸Spring haircut , my girlie here is a really busy bee and hadn’t had time to come in for a trim.
With her hair being curly the dry ends would make a matted mess , that even with all the brushing they could not get a handle on it.
We tackled this by dry cutting first the remove the worst parts before wetting and attempting to untangle.
Then shampooed with mild clarifying shampoo because she had spent a lot of time in the pool.
We finished with a hydrating mask and untangling with it on to help us before getting to the chair.
We still needed to untangle at the chair but not so much. We agreed on cutting a good amount to help her hair grow and stay healthy.
Had lots of fun with you debating what I was having , why I should find out or not.
And yes she will wear dresses and yes they’ll probably be black 🤣 .
Thank you all for keeping an eye out for me picking up things from the flower and even sweeping 🧹!!
