Year 4 in this weight loss journey. It's been pretty damn awesome. Yeah, there's bumps in the road, but ya learn to overcome them. Key points for me has been education, getting active, hiking for me, and maintaining a positive state of mind. Trust the process and apply yourself, reach out if ya hit a bump in the road. Lastly, trust the process.
