As we power through yet another year - looking unto 2025 I AM beyond excited but admittedly also scared!

I have worked for corporate America for 25 years. I resigned amicably in February 2024 from my last corporate job.

Going into 2025 I will be completely unemployed according to the American standard! Yikes 👀

Well, this is one of the scariest things I’ve ever done in my life!! I decided to take the plunge and I hope you will jump in with me!! 🌊

I’m 48 years old, I’ve raised four amazing humans, whom I cherish above all else. I’ve had a magnificent career in marketing and advertising over that 25 year period! But first and foremost in my life has always been to try to keep my health and wellness top of mind- well it might’ve been top of mind but that didn’t mean I was actually doing anything about keeping up with it! So I have let myself go. I have been overweight. I have been underweight.! I have been on this hamster wheel we call life!

As I’ve gotten older, and I’ve struggled through the stages of menopause and fighting my metabolism - I realize that I had no flexibility, no agility/ my balance was off- so I decided to do something about it! Instead of making it top of mine, I decided to make it a life choice! This is where the idea and journey to start derived from and voilà here we are!! 💪🏼
