I’ve embarked on my health journey with a renewed vigor. Phix has given me a new lease on hope that I can feel better.

I have my nutrient elixir that I do every morning. It changes because I’m changing. But I can’t remember when I’ve felt so good.

Several years ago I invested in a Lumen. It measures metabolism. To be honest I didn’t really know what to do with the information. So it sat dormant in my drawer for a couple of years. Then I invested in a Hume band. Again I didn’t really understand what the information was telling me. I resurrected my Lumen and between the two it’s starting to tell a story. One I can work with successfully.

No matter what my nutrient support is, Phix is an integral part. And I have to tell you as a 67 yr old female, I really can’t remember when I’ve felt so good.

I detest going to the doctor and I don’t do annual screenings. My family has reluctantly accepted my healthcare rebellion. If I have an issue I go to urgent care. Which is very rare.

I do at home tests and mail them in and get a report and go from there.

I’m so grateful the new administration is allowing us to do “unconventional” health care and write it off.

I’m not suggesting you do what I’m doing, but I’m encouraging you to take the Bull by the horns and own your health.
