Without question, drinking plenty of water, during the summer months is the best way to achieve and maintain proper hydration and great for your skin. Being well-hydrated not only allows the body’s systems to function properly in hot environments, but also helps provide protection from sun and heat-related illnesses, which are serious concerns during an hot summer. So raise your glass of water and say Cheers to your health today and everyday!

Make sure to shower and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Being clean is an important part of massage etiquette, since your massage therapist is going to be handling your body.
