Here I am practicing craniosacral therapy on my son, who experiences high levels of anxiety. I first started doing this work with him about four years ago.
Like me, he has struggled with migraines since he was just 6 years old. Over the years, craniosacral therapy has become an important part of our journey.

In this video, you can actually see his body responding to the work and releasing tension. It’s incredible to witness the subtle changes that can happen when the body begins to relax and let go. 🤍

This work is deeply meaningful to me—not only because I practice it with my clients, but because I have experienced it within my own family.
