What a splendid way to spend Labor day: Crossfit hero workout, jumping off of the rocks at Wildwood, and a hike to Spirit falls.

I need some bearded folk to test the beard oil I created! Let me know if you or someone you know would like to volunteer 😁

P.S.
A giveaway is right around the corner, stay tuned for details 😁

So grateful for a day trip to the river with my favorite people. Rest and play is essential to a quality life!

Made two new friends on my morning run. The coyote even ran parallel to me for a while😍
