Yesterday’s Relay For Life event was such a success and filled with so many emotions! I had the opportunity to meet incredible survivors, caregivers, and community members, and celebrate alongside some of my favorite people.

Thank you to everyone who donated, showed up, and walked to support such an important cause 💜

This cause is deeply personal to me. I was diagnosed with stage 2 renal cell carcinoma and underwent a partial nephrectomy. It was a journey that changed my life—and one that reminded me how important it is to be heard, supported, and cared for.

Before CuraDirect Healthcare, I was lucky to have an incredible provider and friend, Wendy Magaña. She truly listened to me, acknowledged my symptoms and my story, and encouraged me to advocate for myself—and I did. Now I have the honor of working alongside her and doing the same for our patients. Care that isn’t rushed, but truly personal and intentional. Thank you, Wendy, for being my friend, my advocate, and now my employer ❤️
