I love the different stages of making skincare products but there’s something extra satisfying about the final stage. The final whip is a culmination of several steps to arrive at a product that’s been intentionally formulated to benefit your skin. It’s the final whip for me.

Great things take time. The infused sunflower oil takes at least 6 weeks to release their beneficial properties. I prefer to use the power of the sun so the process is longer but it’s worth it especially when I see the properties in the oil.

Some of the best things in life don’t make a lot of noise. 🐝

Watching this melt down is my favorite part of the process. It’s slow, it’s calming, and it reminds me that good things take.
