What did you think of when you read that?

Because I KNOW you thought of something.

Maybe it’s the thing you keep doing even though you know better. The way you react in certain situations. The fact that you can handle a legitimate emergency but your shirt getting caught on a doorknob is somehow the final f**king straw.

Whatever it is, bring it with you.

We’re going to spend 90 minutes talking about why humans are so weird, what your nervous system has to do with it, how your own experiences have shaped the way you move through the world, and why two people can be in the exact same situation and experience it completely differently.

We’re also going to figure out your go-to fighter when sh*t hits the fan 😂 and play around with some different ways of working with your nervous system instead of just getting mad at it for doing weird sh*t.

My goal is that you leave understanding yourself a little better than you did when you walked in.
