Life can great very busy and it is great to slow down and enjoy a sweet treat together.

We change constantly throughout life. We may try something new, go to new places or meet different people.

We are also growing every day and so are the people around us.

The places we live or go change too.

Change can be scary at times but it can also be wonderful too.

Keep an open heart and mind and embrace change.

Challenges can help us learn and grow as a person, family or community.

It's important to plant seeds in good soil, give them water and sun.

The same is true for people. Give lots of love and support their ideas and dreams.

Sometimes a little encouragement can help someone get out of their comfort zone and experience something wonderful.

Don't be afraid to grow!
