Friends, it is with GREAT excitement, I share that I have accepted the Associate Care and Support Specialist role for ULTA Beauty, overseeing the Central region.
Transitioning over to the HR side of the business has been a part of my developmental plan for the last year.
I am beyond thankful for all the support and encouragement I have received from my peers, leaders, and partners.

My new role takes affect Sunday 9/17, which means I only have 2 opportunities for hair appointments. Today at the ulta beauty in lake Orion and Friday 9/15 at the ulta beauty in Lapeer.

While it is bittersweet stepping away from the chair, I am honored to provide support to our associates in a new capacity!

I have moved districts!

Last week I began my journey as Services District Educator for Eastern Michigan 🖤

I began my journey with 6 years ago in Central Michigan as a salon manager. 4 years ago I became their SDE 🤍

It’s bittersweet leaving my ‘08 team, and while I will continue supporting until the role is filled, I am BEYOND excited to begin a new journey in a new market 🩶

I will now be behind the chair at our Lake Orion location near Great Lakes Crossing on Thursday’s, and will be at our Lapeer one Friday a month to best support my Flint based guests.

This was so much fun to create!

I started by mapping out my placement.

We did a full hairline halo utilizing blonde dimensions lightener, 10 volume & olaplex #1

I then went through and applied Redken 4rv + 10 volume to zone 1 (don’t forget the )

Finally I alternated between 2 additional redken chromatics formulas in zones 2 & 3 (4rv + 30 volume & 6rr + 20 volume)

All processing for 35 minutes

gloss formula was 9n + processing solution

Completed with Olaplex #2 & Redken moisture deep conditioning treatment

To finish, we gave a healthy cut utilizing my trusty followed by styling with marcel iron and

Total time to complete 4 hours

And I forgot to mention, my beautiful guest had 95% virgin hair, which made this possible!
