At 𝒆𝒙𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒆, we bring a relaxed, refreshing, and renewing energy to our space every single day. If you are a licensed stylist or beauty school grad ready to immerse yourself in a modern organic, luxury culture, this opportunity offers client care, floor support, and non-stop education.

You’ll curate an elevated, welcoming atmosphere through luxurious shampoos and prep work while gaining hands-on mentorship across our signature menu including custom color formulating, texture detailing, dimensional color, hair extensions, precision cutting and more. Work alongside a supportive, high-performing team focused on collaboration, ease, and uplifting one another every day, with the clear goal of stepping onto the floor as a full-time stylist by January 2027.
