After six years of not receiving the child support my ex-husband agreed to pay when we divorced, and three years of raising our high-needs son completely on my own, I finally decided to take the issue to court.
Apparently, my ex-husband’s response was to file for full custody of our daughter, and I’ve since been told that he’s trying to use the custody case to bully me into dropping the child support case. 🙃
Which means your girl suddenly has some VERY unexpected legal fees.
