Yesterday we were excited to host an in-house continuing education class.
Injury Prevention for L.M.T.s, a NCBTMB approved course taught by Sandee Mentrup.

This class focused on something so important in the massage industry….career longevity and taking care of the therapists who take care of others. 💆‍♀️

Many people don’t realize how much goes into keeping a massage therapist healthy and strong so they can continue providing the exceptional service our guests experience. Proper technique, body mechanics, ergonomics, recovery, and self-care all play a role in creating a long, successful career.
