Sole Purpose Foot Care

Running a salon has taught me a lot over the years — especially owning a specialty pedicure practice that serves medically fragile clients. Every day I see what works, what wastes money, and what truly grows a business.

So… I have decided to add Salon Consulting to my bag of tricks. 💼

Not the fluffy, “just post more on Instagram” kind of consulting. The real kind.

The kind where we sit down and look at your numbers, your service menu, your retail, your pricing, and your workflow — and figure out exactly where your money is going. I have this pesky excel spreadsheet that will change the way you look at every aspect of your business.

Because let’s be honest… most of us got into this industry because we’re amazing at what we do — not because we love spreadsheets and profit margins.

But a profitable salon doesn’t happen by accident.

Sometimes the solution is spending smarter.
Sometimes it’s cutting things that aren’t serving you.
And sometimes it’s realizing the goldmine is already sitting inside your business — it just needs to be polished.

My goal?
To help salon owners start to realize:

💸 The biggest money leaks I see in salons
💸 What salons overspend on (this one might hurt a little)
💸 Where investing actually pays off

Food poisoning is no joke!!! It had me for 2 straight days!!! I will be back tomorrow weighing in at birth weight. lol

A lot of changes are coming to Sole Purpose Foot Care. I Hope we don’t have to wait for Santa to bring all the changes! I have learned so much and I am so excited to share everything I have learned in class this week!

Lauren's our new scheduling mastermind for 2026, and I'm pretty sure she's plotting her revenge against me!

She's got the eye-rolling thing down pat, but I have faith in her abilities and trust her completely! I will be showering her with chocolate and you should too!!!

And….I'll be taking a two-week tropical vacation for my 25th wedding anniversary in October. This will undoubtedly wreck havoc on some of your schedules!!!

Due to summer vacations, work meetings, and shifting schedules, we’ve had a few openings come up over the next few weeks:
• Week of 8/11 – 3 appointments available
• Week of 8/25 – 11 appointments available

These appointments are reserved for current clients who haven’t been able to get in this summer or have had to delay their appointments.

We are not accepting new clients or pulling from the waitlist at this time. That will be reassessed once the 2026 schedule is finalized.
