Strait Cuts

Well Established Barber Shop For Sale.
Located within the busiest block of Historic Down Town Florence Colorado.

This barber shop is currently set up as a single chair barber shop but there is plenty of room for expansion, just in case you have a partner in mind to assist you. Especially since it is in the prime location to service Fremont, Pueblo and Custer Counties just to name a few.

You may have to be licensed to perform the services, but not to own and manage this gem of a barber shop in the heart of the Antique Capitol of Colorado.

If you’re a serious prospector and would like to lay claim to this gold mine, contact me and let’s talk!

Serious inquiries only please.

Update on current events:

My wife and I have worked long and hard to get everything with my back completed in a timely manner so I could return back to doing what I truly enjoy. It is unfortunate that things don't always go as planned. I am currently looking at having some more procedures on my back and legs and it looks like I would not be able to return before the end of this year.
After a long discussion between my wife and I, and with myself looking at having a few more procedures we have come to the difficult decision that we are going to work toward selling Strait Cuts.
If we can not find a licensed professional to take on the challenges of owning their own business and stepping behind the chair, it will be with great sorrow that I will be having to close the doors.

Thank you all for you dedication and support throughout this adventure. I truly appreciate each and every one of you.

Kevin
