NKY Massage Therapy will reopen May 25th, 2020. Please contact your therapist about scheduling.

•We will be operating on a limited schedule. We appreciate your patience as we attempt to accommodate all clients at this time.

•No new clients will be accepted at this time.

•Please stay in the parking lot until text/call from therapist to enter office.
(No waiting inside the office)

•Face masks must be worn at all times while in the office.
(Clients should provide their own masks*)

•Your temperature will be taken upon arrival. Oxygen levels may also be taken.

•Please cancel your appointment if in the last 2 weeks:
-you or anyone in your home has been in contact with someone with covid-19
or in the last 24 hours, you have experienced:
-fever (over 100°F)
-cough
-shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
-chills
-sore throat
-new loss of taste or smell

•Alert your therapist, prior to your appointment, of any preexisting or underlying issues which could place you at risk while receiving your massage, such as (but not limited to):
-asthma or other respiratory issues
-diabetes
-pulmonary, heart, or kidney disease
-auto-immune or immune compromising diseases/disorders

•Please limit the # of personal items you bring to your appointment (eg. coats, hats, bags, umbrellas). Keep all items with you in the treatment room during your appointment.

•Please stay in treatment room after massage. Therapists will re-enter once you are dressed to take your payment and schedule future appointments. (*if you haven’t paid/scheduled online.)

•Therapists will wear masks at all times while with clients. We will also wear protective outerwear, and eye protection as needed.

•Payments:
-ask your therapist about their online payment options
-therapists will wear disposable gloves when taking payments
-please pre-fill out checks or bring your own pen for use
-please have exact cash, no change will be given at this time

*Please let your therapists know if you do not have access to masks, prior to your appointment and one may be provided to you.

We are a collective of Licensed Massage Therapists who are independent contractors.

All scheduling is done individually, and by appointment only. If you have not been referred to a specific therapist, one of our LMTs will contact you to schedule an appointment as soon as possible.
To expedite scheduling we suggest you contact your LMT directly for booking. Each LMT's preferred method of contact for scheduling is listed below. Please leave your full name, what appointment/treatment you are looking to schedule, and how you were referred to us in all messages.
