Hey it’s me Elisa owner of Mane & Tint. I just wanted to reintroduce myself for any new followers.

Mane & Tint recently moved to Parker Square in Flower Mound Texas. To say I’m loving the new place is an understatement.. I can really see the potential for growth in the new space and can’t wait to welcome all my guest in.

A little about me … I have been in this industry for over 20 years and truly feel like I’m loving my career more than ever! My husband and I have two amazing children, daughter (12) and son (6). We are an active family from days on the baseball fields to nights at the race track and all things in between. My family is something I cherish very much.

So when I say “I get it” I do because I’m in the thick of it for real! I’m here for ya not just to make you look amazing but for you to feel it as well. Honestly we all just want to be heard and seen… and I got you for that!

What are some of your fall must haves or traditions that you are Doing?

Who knew this career was more than just hair…

I remember on my 1st day of beauty school we were looking through fashion magazines (that’s right magazine 🤣) to find the newest trends for hair when our instructor told us that you can be a DAY MAKER in this industry.

DAY MAKER

She told us that we are sometimes the only people that clients feel like they can talk to That their hour or two in our chair may completely change how they feel about their day, week, month or even year. That is so huge my 18 year-old brain could not wrap around the fact that someone could be so impacted by a visit to the Salon.

By the end of my cosmetology school, I got it. I understood a bit of what this career could really look like. I always knew that I wanted to be able to be in a salon or in a space where I could completely transform someone’s look that was the fun part ! The part that I did not expect over my 22 years of experience is the deeper connection that I have made with people.

The connections I have with people have made this career so much more than amazing hair. I guess some people would say I’m an empath, which I don’t really get that term or understand all of that. I just know that when you sit in my chair, I invest in your life, I invest in your hair, I invest in what I think will help you in that moment. Sometimes adding a bang to your new look, can completely change your spirits for the day. Doing a huge chop because you feel like the hair you’ve been carrying around is weighing you down.

The big picture is that at the end of the day, Yes it’s just hair, but it’s what your hair makes you feel like that is the real game changer.

So how does your hair make you feel?

This color is one of those that looks so much better in person. It looks great here but in person it is SOOOO GOOOD! I say this because sometimes not even a camera can capture how great a color looks.

It all comes down to how you feel when you leave my chair. ❤️

This New Space is where my vision can really take off. As many of my guest know , I’m always working on something. Now that I’m in this new space there will be more I can do and I cannot wait for Y’all to see it!

My entrepreneur brain literally never stops.. which is a blessing but can be exhausting at times. So for now I will sit in this season of what this new space will provide.

This last week has been all about getting kids & teens ready for school and I have loved it! A ton of 1st time colors and my mama heart ❤️ has loved every second of it !
