π **June Quote of the Month** π
*"You don't have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great."* β Zig Ziglar
At PPP, we see this every day.
The strongest, healthiest, and most active people didn't begin their journey at the finish line. They started with a single step, a first workout, a short walk, a physical therapy appointment, or the decision to move a little more than yesterday.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing pain, returning to exercise, or working toward a healthier lifestyle, progress starts with showing up and getting started.
This June, challenge yourself to take that first stepβor the next one. Small actions add up, and consistency creates results.
πͺ Move more.
πͺ Get stronger.
πͺ Trust the process.
Your future self will thank you for starting today.

π
Longer days, lighter evenings⦠and sometimes tougher nights of sleep.
As we move into summer and the daylight stretches later into the evening, many people notice changes in their sleep patterns. While the extra sunshine can boost mood and energy during the day, it can also make it harder for our brains and bodies to wind down at night.
Sleep is one of the most important tools we have for:
β
Physical recovery
β
Muscle repair and performance
β
Pain management
β
Injury prevention
β
Mental health and stress regulation
β
Energy and focus throughout the day
Whether youβre recovering from an injury, training hard, or simply trying to feel your best, quality sleep plays a huge role in how your body heals and performs.
A few simple ways to improve sleep during these longer, brighter days:
π Use blackout curtains or room-darkening blinds
π΄ Try an eye mask to block early morning sunlight
π΅ Reduce screen time before bed
βοΈ Keep your room cool and comfortable
β Limit caffeine later in the day
π Create a relaxing nighttime routine
Recovery doesnβt only happen in the clinic or the gym β it also happens while you sleep.
Prioritize your rest. Your body and mind will thank you. π
