👉🏽A little backstory — a couple days ago we got hit with a really poor Google review. The tough part? It came from someone who has never even stepped foot in our salon. No service, no experience… just disappointment that we weren’t the type of salon they wanted us to be. Needless to say, I can not get over it!

But what happened next? That’s what matters.

The clients who were literally sitting in our chairs at that moment went straight to Google and left reviews based on their real experiences. And that right there… meant everything.

They say it takes 5–10 strong reviews to outweigh one bad one. And listen we’re always here to take accountability when it’s deserved. That’s how you grow. But when a negative review has no real foundation, it hits different… especially when you’ve poured your heart into building something you’re proud of.

So to our people, THANK YOU. For showing up, speaking up, and always having our backs.

At the end of the day, real experiences will always speak louder than empty opinions and we’ll keep showing up to give you exactly that, every single time.
