Pure Esthetics

Pure Esthetics mission is more human interaction. Ai will not be a threat to this business because I believe in humanity!

I believe God has the perfect person to fill the reception position as well as each Esthetician/Cosmetologist that will be needed!

This business is not laid back with minimal work. We are in the people industry with real conversations amongst professional and client and less phone time! 🙌🏽✝️

Content will begin next week again! I apologize for the delay but the past week I have been focused on serving at my church for our event this weekend! Thank you for understanding and staying patient! 🤍✝️

Pure Esthetics will be closed this week on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday! All business calls and texts beginning Thursday will be returned Sunday evening or Monday morning! ✝️

Unfortunately, we now live in a generation where standards being held and requirements being set labels you as “mean” “rude” “sassy” “strict” “offensive” “controlling” “bossy” and so forth.

Pure Esthetics holds a high business standard in how operation is done daily. This structure will carry over to all locations and with all employees.

Owning a business means stewarding the assignment with excellence and not relaxing to conform to coddle the needs of those who will lack work ethic.

Perfection will never be the mission, however, Colossians 3:23 will be! ✝️🤍🙌🏽

“Whatever you do [whatever your task may be], work from the soul [that is, put in your very best effort], as [something done] for the Lord and not for men” Col 3:23 AMP

One thing that has been incorporated for my future employees within my architecture blueprints for Pure Esthetics is a cozy outdoor patio that will be also covered in case of rain!

Employees do not need to be stuck inside all day or just sitting in car or their treatment room. So I wanted to create an outdoor area for their lunch and or break times to enjoy nature and even the sun if they wanted 🤍

I promise Pure Esthetic’s mission is to cater to our clients with a heart like Jesus in all aspects, but God is wanting to build a business that also serves the employees first! I firmly believe and have received revelation from Holy Spirit that when you take care of your employees then they will take care of the clients.

Your job should be such a calling that you never “work” a day in your life! God and I have teamed up over the last 4+ years creating just that for every location to come across the nation!

Just know every inch of detail from exterior to the interior of the construction has not been any of my ideas but strict downloads straight from Heaven.

Can you recall in the Bible Moses, Noah, King David, Solomon, and more where they received even specific dimensions for what God told them to build?! Yeah… This is what that journey has been like! And I promise you all will get to see and hear every detail because I take notes and keep receipts just as the Lord commanded me to ✝️🙌🏽

Small business or multi-billion business, you need a legal team. You need a lawyer and team you can trust that knows your states laws. This shows excellence in the business industry and that what God builds through you, you take serious as well as care for your customers or clients on their behalf.

Begin praying for God to lead you to the right legal council for your businesses. But be sure you’re confiding in Holy Spirit FIRST!

They will help you establish proper protocol in your business whether needing contracts or liability for employees.

Stop diminishing what God gives you and steward it with authority in Christ!

You will get laughed at and mocked, so what? Stand up and be who and what God called you to be!

Business class details are almost locked in 🙌🏽✝️
