Last 11k ar 9,000’ trail race in the books for 2025 season!! Every year I ponder with age if I should keep doing these races…looking forward to 2026!!!

About 5 years ago, I made a post about moving from Colorado/Wyoming to Nashville, Tennessee. Today I write a similar post, this time to let you know I will be moving back to Florida, where I started my full-time career in a month. I hope all my fitness friends join me through October 4th for Power Press.

I love my fitness job! I love pushing others and showing people that age is just a number. Life is a journey and you never know where life will take you. For now, it’s taken me back to Florida:)

Free therapy for when life gets tough 🏃‍♂️ ⛰️

Spent two weeks hiking Mont Blanc with my best friend. A physically and mentally challenging, and, at times, exhausting 65 mile hike through Switzerland, France, and Italy…Great memories and great appreciation for my body. Time to figure out what is next on the list of getting out of my comfort zone.
