After a short break, we're excited to get moving together again! While there are no classes on Monday, July 27, and Tuesday, July 28, we'll be back on Wednesday and can't wait to welcome you back.

Whether you're ready to challenge yourself with Body Boost, get your heart pumping in Strides 360, or enjoy a Stroller Strides workout with your little one, this week is the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your Fit4Mom village.

Sometimes a little break reminds us just how special this community is. We can't wait to laugh, move, and make more memories with you.

Join Fit4Mom Ft Lauderdale and Fit4Mom Hollywood for a relaxing Sip & Paint! 🎨🍷 This is a fun paint experience where you can let your creativity flow while enjoying a well deserved moms’ night out. Your canvas can represent anything that inspires you—strength, motherhood, self-care, fitness, or simply something that brings you joy.

✨ Unlimited sips are included from 6:30 PM until closing (12:00 AM) and feature wine, draft beer, and well drinks. The cost is $10 for the painting supplies and $25 for the unlimited sips. Come unwind, connect with other amazing moms, and create something that’s uniquely yours. We can’t wait to paint and sip with you! 💕 6:30pm at Baoshi Food Hall in Pembroke Pines- 8525 Pines Blvd. Come a bit early to order food or wait until after you paint 🥰

☀️ We’re taking a short summer break this week!

Reminder there won’t be any more classes this week as we take a little time to rest, recharge, and soak up some summer fun with our families.

We’ll definitely miss our amazing Fit4Mom village, but we know this little pause will have us coming back refreshed and ready to move together again!
