Our very first wellness retreat was everything we hoped it would be. 🌿✨
A beautiful backyard was transformed into an oasis for moms, with a flower bar, massages, skincare, gourmet food, movement, and space to simply breathe.
I had the privilege of leading a creative wellness workshop where we explored anxiety through art. Together, we drew what anxiety looks like, reflected on what our drawings revealed, noticed where we carry it in our bodies, and ended with intentional movement and yoga.
Watching everyone create, connect, and leave feeling lighter was a beautiful reminder that sometimes the things we can't quite put into words can still be expressed through creativity.
Thank you to everyone who made this day so special. I can't wait for the next one. 💛

One more from our tattoo day. 🤍
This one means everything to me. It represents our little family, our miracle babies, and the life we built together.
As a Gemini who loves astrology and believes in a little bit of fate, I remember putting on my dating profile that I was hoping to meet a Libra, Aries, or Aquarius. Somehow, the universe (or God) gave me all three. ✨
Our matching family tattoo represents our girls and each other. My north is my husband, and his north is me. Our daughters are named after the sun and a star constellation, so it all came together in the most meaningful way.
The tattoo on my chest is the Triple Goddess symbol. I wore it as a pendant for years until it finally tarnished. I searched everywhere for an identical replacement but never found one. Looking back, maybe it was always meant to become a tattoo instead.
The symbol represents the three stages of womanhood: the Maiden, the Mother, and the Wise Woman.
After being told I might never have children and then entering early menopause, it felt like the perfect way to honor every version of myself. It was even the symbol we used on my blessing ceremony invitations and my belly henna.
Each of my tattoos are custom designed and tell a story, and it was an HONOR to share it with my husband.
midlife crisis tattoo 🙃😆 6 hour session, after 2 mini ones! as a henna artist it meant the world to be able to collaborate with Nala | South Florida Henna Artist and finally use the thigh real estate 😎 but I would rather have another c-section and birth before tattooing this sensitive area ever again! nor do I recommend doing such a long sit! took almost 2 weeks to recover from that crash. My artist is a badassssssss Kyara Nall • Fort Lauderdale, Florida • Private Studio with her incredible skills and fine line detail hand. This is no easy skill ya'll. Highly recommend this energy aligned Aquarius ♒️ 😍
It feels so good to be venturing out again for gigs. 💛
Being a isn’t easy. I’ve had to say no to so many gigs out of guilt for leaving the little ones.
I’m still learning to find that balance — though I’m pretty sure is a lifelong companion. 🌿
