Fort Myers LMT & Integrative Wellness Practitioner | Chronic pain • Autoimmune • Trauma-informed • MLD • Prenatal • Medical-holistic | Book ↓
I am all about YOU! I love to help people and YOU deserve to be HAPPY and HEALTHY. Most people think of massage as something you do to treat yourself every once in a while, when in reality massage should be just as important as going to the gym or at the very least getting a check-up. I specialized in medical maaaage and can treat almost any ailment. I am Florida State Licensed (MA68763) as a LMT and an Internationally Certified Health and Life Coach. I am a Certified Reiki Master as well as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Therapeutic, Hot-Stone, Pre-Natal, Reflexology, Trigger Point, Trager, Rolfing, MyoFascial Release, Bamboo Fusion, Stretching, Cupping, Body Wraps, Acupressure, and much more. If you'd like to make an appointment with me, feel free to message, call or text me at any time. Thank you so much and have a blessed day!

Relaxing OR therapeutic? why not both. 🤷♀️ 🙌
Save this for the next time you feel guilty booking a massage. and send it to the person in your life who never puts themselves first 👇
you know who you are. you're the one doing laps around Cape Harbour, juggling a to-do list a mile long and swearing you'll rest once the nursery's done…we both know you won't. but i admire the optimism. 🤣
my clients walk in drained and walk out lighter. calmer. like a whole new human. (their words, not mine 🙌)
send this to the mama-to-be in your life who needs to hear it 👇
There’s a reason people in Fort Myers living with chronic pain, navigating autoimmune conditions, or looking for more supportive bodywork keep coming back for massage.
It’s not just because the massage feels good.
It’s because when they come in feeling worn out, tense, or disconnected from their bodies after spending the day managing pain, responsibilities, and everything else life asks of them, we focus on what their body actually needs that day.
My approach is different because I believe your massage should be adapted to you, not the other way around.
Instead of forcing your body through a one-size-fits-all massage, I listen, adjust, and use a trauma-informed, medical-holistic approach to create a session that meets you where you are.
That means you can leave feeling supported, cared for, and more at ease in your body instead of feeling like you just endured another thing your body had to tolerate.
And if you’re a person in Fort Myers dealing with chronic pain, persistent tension, or a body that needs a gentler approach, this might be exactly what your body has been asking for.

If you're a woman in Fort Myers living with chronic pain and you're constantly adjusting how you sit, sleep, work, move, and rest just to keep your body somewhat comfortable, you already know the drill:
The tension builds up, your body starts feeling heavy, and suddenly you're exhausted from managing your own body.
Here's the little routine I use to help:
1. Take 3 slow breaths and consciously relax your jaw and shoulders.
You may not realize how much tension you're holding until you give yourself permission to let some of it go.
2. Change positions every 30–60 minutes.
You don't need a full workout. Stand up, walk around, gently move your shoulders or hips, and give your body a different position to work with.
3. Give yourself 2 minutes of gentle movement instead of pushing through.
A slow walk, gentle stretching, or simply moving the areas that feel stiff can be enough to remind your body that it doesn't have to stay frozen in one position.
Why it works: Your body doesn't always need you to push harder. Sometimes it needs gentle movement, awareness, and a little more compassion.
I use this specifically when my body has been in one position for too long, because that's exactly when tension and discomfort can start to build.
Save this for the next time your body feels tense and overwhelmed, or send it to someone who deals with the same thing.
And remember: these little things aren't a replacement for individualized bodywork. They're simply a few ways to give your body some support between appointments, too.

Bigfoot: “You can go harder.”
Me: “I know. But do we need to?” 😂
When someone asks me for “deep tissue,” I always want to know what they mean by that. Firm pressure? Focused work on the spot that’s been rude to you all week? Or are you worried a relaxing massage won’t address why you came in?
Those are three different conversations. That’s why I don’t use “deep tissue” to describe my work—it’s so broad that it doesn’t tell me what you need.
I can work deep. I can use firm pressure. But if you’re holding your breath and bracing for the next move, I’m going to adjust. I’m paying attention, not going easy on you.
Tell me what’s going on and what you’re hoping to get out of your session. We’ll go from there. 🤍
Pressure ≠ Depth.

For the mom in Cape Coral who spends her days taking care of everyone else, carrying the mental load, and putting her own body at the bottom of the list…
Perhaps you need an hour where nothing is needed from you.
No one asking you for a snack.
No one needing you to fix something.
No one needing you to be “on.”
Just an hour to breathe, settle in, and let someone take care of you.
And if your body is carrying tension, chronic pain, the changes of pregnancy, or the weight of simply being in survival mode, your massage can be tailored to where you are right now.
Because sometimes self-care isn't another thing you need to accomplish.
Sometimes it's simply having a safe space where you don't have to take care of anyone but yourself.
“How much do you make as a massage therapist?”
I make people feel at home in their bodies again.
I make tight, achy muscles feel looser, lighter, and easier to live with.
I help busy women go from “I’m so tense and exhausted” to “I can finally relax.”
I help women who are constantly taking care of everyone else make time to take care of themselves, too.
I give busy women a reason to finally slow down, breathe, and let someone take care of them for an hour.

Momma Dukes is turning 71, and we’re taking this celebration out of state. 💙🥳
I’ll be away September 19–27, and my business phone is staying home. She’s getting a vacation from me, too. 😂
I love y’all, but I’m clocking out of work mode and into daughter mode. That means no business calls, texts, emails, or DMs while I’m gone—including on my personal pages. I won’t be available to book, cancel, or move appointments by phone or message.
If you’re hoping to get on my schedule, please submit your online appointment requests by Sunday evening, September 20. Requests submitted after that will likely expire before I’m back.
A little reminder: submitting a request doesn’t mean your appointment is confirmed. Please look for that approval notification. 💙 For appointment changes, use the options available through your online booking account.
I’m back in the office September 28 and will start catching up then. Please give me a little grace as I work through messages between clients—one human, two hands, and probably a suitcase I haven’t unpacked yet. 😂
Thank you for respecting this time with my mama. Y’all mean so much to me, and this week, my favorite lady gets my undivided attention. 🫶🏼

If you're someone living with chronic pain, autoimmune issues, or a body that requires a little more intentional care, you probably know that changes in your routine can change how your body feels, too.
Maybe you're spending more time outdoors.
Maybe you're traveling.
Maybe your schedule is getting fuller.
Or maybe you're simply trying to enjoy life without your body constantly reminding you that it's struggling.
Here are 10 habits I'd recommend if you want to support your body and stay connected to what it needs:
1. Start your day with gentle movement.
2. Build in recovery time.
3. Stay hydrated.
4. Pay attention to patterns.
5. Don't push through every signal.
6. Prioritize gentle mobility.
7. Give yourself permission to modify.
8. Create a stress-reduction practice.
9. Make bodywork part of your care plan.
10. Listen before your body has to yell.
You don't have to start all 10 at once. Pick one or two that feel realistic for your routine and start there.
And remember: your body isn't failing you because it needs a different kind of care.
Sometimes the most helpful thing you can do is stop asking, “How do I push through this?” and start asking, “What is my body asking for?”
Save this for the next time your schedule gets busy and your body starts feeling it.
Somewhere in between "getting through your day" and :pretending your body feels fine", your pain starts to become something you just learn to live with.
I've been seeing more people in Fort Myers living with chronic pain, tension, and bodies that don't always respond the way they used to.
And it makes sense. When you're managing a chronic condition, recovering from something, navigating autoimmune issues, or simply living in a body that needs a little more attention, “just push through it” isn't always the answer.
If you've been feeling frustrated, exhausted, or disconnected from your body, here's what I want you to know:
Your pain isn't something you have to ignore just because you've gotten good at functioning through it.
Your body deserves to be listened to...not just worked on.
That's why I take an integrative, personalized approach to every session. We talk about what you're experiencing, what's been going on in your body, and what you need that day.
You don't have to come in knowing exactly what technique you need.
You just need to tell me what you're feeling. We'll start there.
If you're in Fort Myers, tell me: what has your body been complaining about lately?
