I am looking for someone who is 21+ who can take over my 1 bedroom apartment in Woodbridge, VA. Due to an unforeseen domestic situation, I had to pack up all of my belongings and vacate immediately. The individual that I was staying with will not be able to qualify on their own. Therefore, they will have to leave the apartment as well. In efforts to not have this situation effect my credit, nor force me to have to pay the rent for the rest of the lease agreement…I need to find someone to take my place on the lease.
