I built this with my bare hands.

Literally.

With blood, sweat, tears, late nights, early mornings, mistakes, failures, losses, and a whole lot of figuring it out as I went.

There were so many moments over the last 4 years where I wondered if I was actually crazy for continuing. Times when I was spending money I didn’t have, solving problem after problem, paying my employees before myself, and wondering if all of this would ever actually pay off.

But I kept going.

I didn’t have a blueprint. I didn’t have everything figured out. I just had an idea, a ridiculous amount of determination, and the willingness to keep getting back up every time I got knocked down.

And now I look around and realize…

I built this.

But I also know I didn’t build it alone.

I am so incredibly grateful for my girls who continue to show up, work hard, care about this company, and give it their all. They’ve been a huge part of this journey, and I will never take that for granted.

This company has grown because of the people who believed in it, worked for it, and kept showing up for it.

The hard seasons built the business.
The failures taught me how to run it.
The losses taught me how to fight for it.
And the people beside me reminded me why it was worth fighting for.

As hard as these last four years have been, I wouldn’t change them.

Because I didn’t just build a business.

I built something that didn’t exist before me.

Let’s be honest.

I’ve been getting my ass kicked for the last 4 years of owning a company.

It’s problem after problem. Then another problem. Spending money when you don’t have any. Putting money back into the business when you’d much rather be paying yourself. Paying your employees before you pay yourself. Watching thousands of dollars leave your account and hoping you’ll make it back next month.

And there are so many moments where you wonder…

“Is this actually worth it?”

It takes a certain kind of insane person to see loss after loss after loss and still wake up believing, “Tomorrow is the day.”

Tomorrow is the day it finally clicks.

Tomorrow is the day the investment pays off.

Tomorrow is the day the next opportunity works.

Tomorrow is the day all of this starts making sense.

I think people romanticize entrepreneurship because they only see the part where the business is finally working.

They don’t see the years before that.

The broke years.

The stressful years.

The years where you’re figuring everything out as you go.

The years where you have to keep believing in something that hasn’t become what you know it can be yet.

You can’t skip those years.

There’s no shortcut around them.

You have to keep showing up. You have to keep solving problems. You have to keep reinvesting. You have to keep learning. And sometimes you just have to keep going because you refuse to let everything you’ve worked for be for nothing.

And honestly?

We are finally starting to see the other side.

The business is growing. The team is growing. Things are starting to run without me having to hold every single piece together.

I can finally see little glimpses of the life I was working so damn hard for.

But damn.

It is hard to keep going when you’re in the middle of it.

So if you’re in your hard years right now, I just want you to know that I get it.

I’m still in it too.

Maybe just a little closer to the other side. ❤️
