TMI doesn’t exist in my room 🙅🏼♀️

A great facial balances results with relaxation. The first client received a green peel, and the second micro-needling; two very corrective services. However, both were able to catch some much needed Zzz’s during their service. Result-driven can be relaxing, and relaxing can be result-driven 👌🏼

Breakfast check 🍳
Fueling my body for a busy day: sourdough with butter, two over hard eggs, and an apple with peanut butter.
I used to wonder why I had such a big crash at 2/3pm even with 8 hours of sleep and coffee. Then I realized I wasn’t fueling my body with the biochemicals it needed to function.
Eggs have choline, which is necessary in the synthesis of neurotransmitter Acetylcholine
Sourdough toast: absorbs slowly and gut-friendly carbs that won’t cause a massive spike in blood sugar rather keep you energized until lunch
Apples + Peanut Butter have fiber and healthy fats to slow down digestion and keep cortisol (our stress hormone) stable
