Front Desk Superstar (Weekends Only, Part-Time)

Do you light up a room with your smile? Love working with kids? Thrive in a fast-paced, fun environment?

We’re looking for an outgoing, bubbly, organized team member who LOVES children and enjoys making every guest feel special from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do

As the first smiling face our guests see, you’ll help ensure every visit is exceptional by:

* Greeting families with enthusiasm and warmth
* Answering phones and booking appointments
* Managing and optimizing the salon schedule
* Checking guests in and out accurately
* Processing retail purchases and recommending fun products
* Communicating with stylists, spa staff, and party coordinators to keep the day running smoothly
* Keeping the front desk organized and welcoming
* Assisting with party check-ins and special events
* Helping maintain a clean, upbeat, and guest-ready environment
* Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after each visit

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

* Friendly, upbeat, and naturally positive
* Organized and able to multitask
* Reliable and punctual
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
* A strong communicator with excellent people skills
* Passionate about creating amazing customer experiences
* Must LOVE kids!

Bonus Points If You:

* Are bilingual (English/Spanish)
* Love makeup, nail painting, or beauty services
* Have experience with ear piercing (or are excited to learn!)
* Enjoy working birthday parties or entertaining children
* Have previous customer service, retail, salon, or hospitality experience
