Looking back at one of my earlier pop-ups and realizing how much I’ve grown as an owner since then.
At the time, I thought pop-ups were mostly about selling products and having a nice display. Now I understand they’re also about building relationships, creating trust, and giving people a reason to come back.
One thing these events taught me quickly is that people want connection just as much as they want good products.
Learning how to confidently explain what I make, who it’s for, and help customers find what fits them best changed everything for me as a business owner. 💜💚
