🚨Long post alert… this is for hairstylist who can relate.

There was a moment in my career when I realized something had to change.

When I first started doing non-surgical hair replacement systems, I was still servicing many of my longtime clients who came to me for traditional salon services. Some were alopecia clients, but many were not. I loved every single one of them, and they had been incredibly loyal to me over the years.

Then my career began to pivot.

I had a decision to make.

On the surface, it seemed like a simple business decision. I could spend 2.5 hours doing a standard quick weave for around $135… or spend that same amount of time providing a life-changing hair replacement service starting at $800+.

But it wasn’t completely about the money.

It was about purpose.

The hardest part was telling some of my longtime clients that I would be transitioning to work exclusively with women experiencing hair loss and alopecia. Most understood. Some didn’t. And at first… I felt guilty.

Then I prayed.

And God reminded me of something.

People make decisions every day based on what’s best for them and their families. If someone is offered an opportunity at work that pays four times more and aligns with where they’re trying to go in life, most people wouldn’t think twice. So why should I feel guilty for answering the call God placed on my life?

At that point, I’d spent nearly 25 years behind the chair.

Long days.
Sore feet.
Aching back.
12-14 hour workdays.
Pure exhaustion.

I loved what I did, but I was surviving more than I was thriving.

Then God introduced me to the world of hair restoration.

Today, I don’t just do hair.

I help women who thought they would never feel beautiful again.
I restore confidence.
I restore dignity.
I restore hope.

And yes… it has completely changed my life financially, too.

For the first time in a long time, I can honestly say…

I LOVE my job again.

I’m happy.
I’m fulfilled.
I’m free.
