The consultation will always be more important than the syringe.

One of the things I hear all the time is, “I think I need…” and what’s crazy is most of the time, what someone thinks they need and what will actually help them reach their goals are two completely different things.

I’m a nurse before I’m anything else. My job isn’t to sell you syringes- it’s to assess your anatomy, listen to your concerns, educate you on your options, and come up with a treatment plan that’s actually right for you.

If that means recommending less than you were expecting, I will. If that means telling you to hold off on filler and focus on skincare or Botox first, I will. I’d much rather under-treat and build over time than over-treat and have you leave looking like someone else.

A good consultation should never feel rushed or transactional. It should leave you feeling informed, confident, and excited about your treatment plan, even if that plan is different than what you walked in expecting.
