š± WEāRE GROWING AGAIN!! š„¬šš½
One of the things I was MOST excited to get set back up after our move was my Tower Garden!
Thereās just something about walking into your own home and picking fresh lettuce, kale, herbs and greens that YOU grew.
And the best part? I donāt need a big backyard, raised beds or even a green thumb. My little indoor garden does its thing while I enjoy watching it GROW!
Today was all about:
š¦ Filling the reservoir
š± Adding the nutrients
š§Ŗ Checking the pH
š„¬ Transferring my little seedlings
š” And getting those grow lights going!
Now we waitā¦and GROW! š±š±š±
Iāll be sharing the progress, what Iām growing, harvesting AND what I make with itāso stay tuned!
And if watching this has you thinking, āOkay Jen, I think I want one of those!ā check out the Tower Garden link below or in my bio.
Letās grow some FOOD! š±š„¬

Knowledge is empowering.
One of my goals during this journey is to make complicated health topics easier to understand.
You don't need a medical degree to become an informed patient.
You just need someone willing to explain things in plain English.
That's exactly what I plan to do throughout this series.
Save this post so you can come back to it later, and comment "LEARN" if you'd like me to keep breaking these topics down in simple terms.
A new season deserves a new mindset.
I'm not chasing perfection.ļæ½I'm not chasing a number on the scale.
I'm choosing to invest in my future health.
As I prepare to enter my 60s, my goal is simple:
š More strength.ļ潚 More energy.ļ潚 Better health.ļ潚 More life.
I'll be sharing my real experience with clinician-guided peptide therapy while continuing to focus on the healthy habits that have brought me this far.
Whether you're simply curious or considering your own wellness journey, I hope this series encourages you to remember that it's never too late to prioritize your health.
Here's to becoming the healthiest version of ourselvesāone intentional step at a time.
Stop waiting for Monday.
Monday isnāt your problem.
The truth is, you donāt need more time, a new diet, or the āperfectā moment to start taking care of your health.
You need to make a decision.
A decision that your energy matters.
A decision that your health is worth prioritizing.
A decision to stop starting over and start building simple habits that actually fit your life.
Because every Monday you wait for is another week you could have been moving closer to the healthy, vibrant version of yourself.

For years, I thought getting healthy had to be complicated.
What Iāve learned is that some of the most powerful things we can do for our health are actually pretty simple:
š Move your body daily
š Fill your plate with foods that nourish you
š Repeat consistently
This morning started with a walk because movement is medicine.
Lunch was oven-fried blue oyster mushroom āun-chickināā over a colorful cabbage stir-fry because food is fuel.
No diet.
No deprivation.
No perfection.
Just simple choices that support the life and health Iām working to create.
After my blood pressure reached 216/109 and years of struggling with my health, I realized that wellness isnāt built in one day.
Itās built one meal, one walk, and one decision at a time.
Question for you:
Whatās ONE simple thing youāre doing today to support your health?

The goal isnāt just losing weight.
The goal is getting your life back.
For years, I thought losing weight would solve everything.
What I really wanted was more energy, better health, confidence, and freedom from feeling like I was constantly starting over.
At 25, I was diagnosed with high blood pressure.
Then in December 2022, I landed in the ER with a blood pressure reading of 216/109.
That moment changed everything.
I stopped chasing quick fixes and started focusing on simple daily habits I could actually sustain.
In January 2023, my husband and I transitioned to a plant-based lifestyle. Combined with the simple wellness system Iāve followed for over a decade, my body began to respond.
ā
Over 50 pounds released
ā
Better energy
ā
Better sleep
ā
Less inflammation
ā
Blood pressure improved from 216/109 to 121/77
But the biggest transformation wasnāt the weight.
It was getting my life back.
Today, I help women over 45 stop starting over and create simple habits that support lasting health.
And it all starts with the same 3 simple steps I do every morning within the first 20 minutes of waking up.
Comment 3 STEPS below and Iāll share the exact routine that helped me get started.
This isnāt about perfection.ļæ½Itās about awareness.
š Watermelon isnāt just a summertime favorite⦠itās one of natureās most refreshing wellness foods!
Did you know watermelon is made up of about 92% water? That means every sip of fresh watermelon juice can help support hydration while delivering nutrients your body loves.
Here are a few reasons I enjoy adding watermelon juice to my wellness routine:
* Supports Hydration
Proper hydration impacts everything from energy levels to digestion, circulation, and even how we feel throughout the day.
* Supports Heart Health
Watermelon contains lycopene, a powerful antioxidant that may help support healthy blood pressure and cardiovascular health.
* May Help Reduce Muscle Soreness
The amino acid citrulline found in watermelon has been studied for its potential role in supporting circulation and exercise recovery.
* Rich in Antioxidants
Watermelon provides vitamins A and C, along with lycopene, which help combat oxidative stress in the body.
* Supports Healthy Skin
Hydration plus vitamin C can help support collagen production and healthy-looking skin.
* Naturally Sweet
When youāre craving something refreshing, watermelon juice can be a delicious alternative to sugary drinks.
The best part? Itās simple. No complicated ingredients. No fancy recipes. Just real food working with your body.
Whatās your favorite way to enjoy watermelonā¦fresh slices, juice, smoothies, or fruit salad?
Medication has its place.
But education matters too.
