Bridal trials today ♥️

It has been brought to my attention that there was a post circulating about slow communication that I am unable to respond to directly.

I want to take a moment to gently remind our current and future brides of a few important things 🤍

During peak wedding season, we are often booked up to two years in advance. While I truly try to respond as quickly as possible, we have clearly communicated across all platforms that response times can be up to 72 hours during busy season.

Our weeks are filled with bridal trials, wedding weekends, team coordination, and behind-the-scenes logistics that most never see. For that reason, we kindly ask that non-emergent questions be brought to your bridal trial whenever possible. Trials are not only for perfecting your wedding day glam — they are also dedicated time to review timelines, details, and any questions you may have. This helps us limit the volume of daily messages and ensures every bride receives intentional, focused attention.

Admin days for non-urgent communication are Monday through Wednesday. The remainder of the week is reserved for the brides currently in our chairs and those walking down the aisle that upcoming weekend. When it is your turn, you deserve our full, undivided attention — not us answering emails or DMs during your appointment.

Once a deposit is received, your date is immediately secured on our calendar and we schedule our artists accordingly. And we start turning away other inquiries for your date. For this reason all deposits are non-refundable. We are a professional hair and makeup team, meaning there is more than one artist assigned across events. We only book one wedding per artist per day to ensure quality and care.

If you request a specific trial date, please know that we will always do our best to accommodate it. However, due to the nature of our busy bridal schedule, we cannot always guarantee availability on the exact date requested.

If an unforeseen or justifiable situation arises that requires us to reschedule, we kindly ask for your understanding. Our team is committed to making things right and will always work with you to find another date that works for both parties.

Because of this, unavailability on a single trial date is not considered grounds for canceling services or receiving a refund of your deposit. We will always go above and beyond to re-accommodate you in any way we can to ensure you still receive the experience you deserve.

In the rare case of an emergency — such as when an artist became ill with the flu — we secured adequate coverage so the bride’s day was never affected. We will always strive to protect your wedding experience and make it the best possible.

We are human. We are artists and business owners managing many moving pieces at once. In our early years, like any growing company, we experienced learning curves. Since then, we have implemented structured systems and processes to ensure smooth, professional service moving forward.

The wedding industry is beautiful, but it is also demanding. Grace, understanding, and mutual respect go a long way. My heart has always been to provide a calm, organized, luxury experience for every bride we serve.
