Here are some post op instructions you should save for later!
☀️ No direct sun exposure — this is the biggest one. Use SPF 30+ and physical protection.
* 🏋️ No strenuous workouts or heavy sweating until the skin has healed.
* 🔥 Avoid excessive heat like saunas and hot tubs while healing.
* 🏊♀️ Avoid pools/hot tubs while the skin is irritated/healing.
* 🧴 No scrubs, exfoliants, brushes or harsh skincare; Sciton recommends gentle cleansing and moisturizing.
* ✋ Don’t pick or scrub off the little dark/rough spots (MENDs)—let them naturally slough away.
* 💄 Don’t put makeup on immediately after MOXI; Sciton says makeup can generally be worn after 24 hours.
