📌 A few extra notes on some items I didn’t have time to fully explain:
• Micro-swabs + “Lippy”
I use these instead of Q-tips—especially around the eyes. No annoying lint getting stuck in lashes.
• Jade roller / Gua Sha / eye + face masks
Keep in the fridge or freezer for that extra cooling effect.
• Cold globes
Pop in the freezer so the liquid inside freezes - they stay cold longer.
• Disposable sponges
So good for travel. They’re paper-thin until wet, and I don’t have to worry about ruining someone’s white washcloth with mascara 😅
• Rosehip seed oil
Perfect for facial massage or Gua Sha - gives slip, absorbs well, not greasy.
• Jojoba oil + shea butter
Jojoba is closest to our skin’s natural oil. Shea butter is thicker… warm it up in your hands first. You can mix in essential oils if you want a light scent.
• Exfoliating gloves
Great for the body regularly. I use very lightly on the face 1–2x/week. Skip if you’re sensitive… and go gentle on lips.
