R&Breathe x Herbal Workshop collab with Black Zocalo
Fall and winter seasons can inspire us to slow down and flow with the changes of the season. Yesterday we explored how to stay in balance through warm flavors and herbs, and through movement like yoga practice.
Black Zocalo Herbal Garden Shop is a women of color run, home garden-based apothecary in the Central San Joaquin Valley. Their goal is to offer high-quality herbal care for the wellness of our community.

Happy October y’all!
It’s been AN ENTIRE YEAR of R&Breathe! I’ve grown so much with y’all this past year 🥹😭😭 Here are your R&B & yoga themes this month.
Olivia Dean + an herbal workshop 🌺
Enjoy a restorative flow to Olivia Dean combined with a 30 minute herbal workshop led by Black Zocalo Herbal Garden Shop, participants will create and take home a custom herbal steam with several locally grown herbs of their choosing.
Fun fact: Olivia Dean actually dropped an album around this time that literally carried me, hugged me and tucked me in every night. Iykyk
Jhene + journaling
Tunes from her most recent and past albums with be in rotation as we flow and intentionally journal for the season we’re in.
His tour is sold out so we’ll just have to celebrate our husband Brent with a restorative flow and bracelet making instead 🤷🏽♀️
This is also the anniversary of R&Breathe! I might cry, ugh love yall fr 🥹🥲🩷💫
I’ve made space for the babies! Bring your costume wearing mindful mini’s to the flow. Goodie bags will be provided.
