Due to lack of payment over the past months I am no longer offering monthly subscriptions effective today. Anyone with a subscription will be given credit for only what they've paid so far. Subscriptions are income for me and when people fail to pay monthly it affects me and affects the balance you are due. Each subscription client will be contacted by me directly with your balance.

Hi Everyone! I want to reiterate the protocol to book an appointment with me. My booking link cannot be used by those who are not already patients. We take compliance and the health of of patients VERY seriously. You must register through the app, complete all of your patient paperwork AND you must complete your telehealth Good Faith Exam with our MDs or NPs.

Here are the instructions to become a patient. You must text me after your steps are completed and then I send you the booking link.

Hi! Here’s the information to set up your patient account and get registered.
Our MD or nurse practioners will talk to you via phone to review your health. Once that’s complete we are good to go for injections. I will map out your face and advise of suggestions for treatment, which gives us an opportunity to discuss price and make any changes. You’ll always know the exact number of units and cost before any injecting is done. I offer free two week touch ups of up to 5 units.

To Get Started:

1. Download the MySpaLive App from your App Store
2. Set up your patient account and select me as your certified injector (Michelle McHone.. I’m under Michelle M.; use 20 miles within your zip code to find me) Secure your appointment via the app or Square
3. Complete your Good Faith Exam with one of our MDs or CNPs
4. Await confirmation of your appointment

I arrive on time and do the following:

1. Set up a sterile environment with gloves, alcohol swabs, 4X4s, needles and tox
2. Clean all areas of injection with alcohol swabs and take photos
3. I’ll have you emote to determine your treatment (raising brows/making an angry face/squinting your eyes)
4. Mark up your face based on your input on the areas you want injected
5. Calculate the total recommended units and price before moving on
6. Injections and additional alcohol swab clean up of marked areas and any fluids
7. Clean up sterile area, discard sharps
8. Schedule your next appointment

9. In two weeks I will touch you up with 5 free units and will ask for you to replicate the photos I took for my portfolio

4 Months on Tirzepatide: The Good, The Bad, and What Nobody Tells You

I'm about 4 months into my tirzepatide journey and wanted to share what I've learned. I'm 57 started at 170, and I'm down 25 pounds as of this week. This stuff works, but there's a lot they don't tell you.

First, the good stuff:

The weight loss is real. I'm averaging about 2.5 lbs a week without crazy dieting

Food noise is gone. I used to think about food constantly, now I just eat when I'm hungry

My energy is better than it's been in years

My blood sugar is actually normal for the first time in my adult life

I'm simply not hungry.

Now the bad:

The first month side effects were brutal. Nausea, and the works. It gets better but you need to push through

You'll hit plateaus. I stalled for 3 weeks around month 2. Had to adjust my dose

The cost is insane if you're paying retail. I almost gave up because of this

Finding a reliable source that doesn't cost an arm and a leg is like searching for a needle in a haystack

What nobody tells you:

The injection site matters. Stomach works best for me, thigh was less effective

You need WAY more protein than you think. I was getting dizzy until I upped my protein

The mental shift is weird. After a lifetime of dieting, not thinking about food feels... wrong

The supply chain issues are real. Places run out, prices jump, you have to be ready to switch things up

My biggest lesson: don't rely on one source. I learned that the hard way when my first provider suddenly doubled their prices. Had to scramble to find something else that worked.

If you're starting out or hitting walls, my advice is to talk to people who've been through it. I spent weeks researching different options and what worked for others. The community here saved me when I was ready to quit.
