Some of the BEST things happen when a room full of stylists starts talking hair!
Today it was Schwarzkopf Professional USA education, but it was also so much more than that.
It was sharing ideas, asking questions, learning from different perspectives, and watching our team genuinely enjoy getting better together.

What a night at the BTC Awards!
We had the incredible opportunity to celebrate alongside some of the most talented artists and creatives in the hair industry from around the world.
And while we didn’t take home the number one spot this time, we’re walking away with something pretty amazing…

To see our salon, our artistry, and our vision recognized on an international level is an honor we are incredibly proud of.
This experience was a reminder of why we continue to push ourselves, invest in education, create beautiful work, and surround ourselves with people who inspire us to be better.

If you’ve ever stepped into Salon Le Volume, there’s a good chance you’ve felt the heart behind the vision. 💜
Kristina Bynum is the Owner & Creative Director of Salon Le Volume and has been behind the chair since 2003. With more than two decades of experience, her passion for hair has grown into something even deeper — a commitment to artistry, education, and building a supportive, inspiring salon culture.
As a Master Stylist, Kristina specializes in customized color, dimensional blonding, precision cutting, balayage, extensions, and transformative hair experiences.
But for Kristina, beautiful hair is only part of what matters.
She believes the salon is a place where inner beauty is brought to life — not just for guests in the chair, but for the stylists behind the chair as well. Through connection, encouragement, and intentional care, she strives to create an environment where guests feel seen, confident, and radiant, while stylists feel empowered, supported, and inspired to grow in their craft.
Outside of the salon, Kristina is a wife, mom, singer, artist at heart and she brings that same creativity, energy, and passion for connection into everything she does.
Most importantly, Kristina’s heart behind Salon Le Volume is simple:
To create a space where both guests and artists feel seen, supported, and wonderfully made — and where inner beauty is brought out and reflected in everything we do.

We’re so excited to have Jenna bringing her talent, creativity, and genuinely sweet personality to the Salon Le Volume team! 💜
Jenna loves creating dimensional, lived-in color through beautiful highlights + lowlights, soft long-layered cuts, and those “I feel like a million bucks” blowouts.
But for Jenna, beautiful hair is only part of the experience. She’s all about making her guests feel heard, cared for, comfortable, and confident from the moment they sit in her chair to the moment they walk out the door.
She’s also a lifelong learner who loves continuing her education and keeping up with fresh techniques and modern trends—because there’s always something new to learn in this industry! ✂️

Meet Branda! Our color-loving, science-nerd-in-the-best-way stylist who believes your hair should feel as unique as YOU.
With 8 years in the beauty industry, Branda is especially passionate about blonding, lived-in dimensional brunettes, and anything colorful or a little outside the box. She genuinely loves the science behind color—formulation, chemistry, placement, and figuring out exactly what makes a color work beautifully for your hair.
Her favorite guests? The ones who want to have a little fun with their hair! Whether you’re dreaming of a bright blonde, rich dimensional brunette, a bold pop of color, or simply want hair that feels more like you, Branda loves creating a look that fits your personality and lifestyle.
And when she’s not behind the chair, she’s continuing her education and staying current on the latest techniques so she can keep bringing fresh ideas to every appointment.
Branda is certified in Brazilian Blowouts, Keratherapy, K-Tip Extensions, K-18, and is a Curly Hair Specialist.

Meet Milla!
If you’ve ever wished your hair could be cut by someone who’s worked behind the scenes at New York Fashion Week, trained with some of the biggest names in the industry, and genuinely loves teaching you how to recreate your look at home… you’re in luck.
Milla brings over 20 years of experience and a career that’s taken her from Florida to New York City, Brooklyn, and now right here to Frisco.
She’s especially known for:
