After a lot of thought, I've decided to permanently keep my schedule to 2, and occasionally 3, long workdays each week (12–14 hour days). This is the best decision for me as I work toward a healthier work/life balance, focus on my son's first year of high school and all of his sports, and become more intentional about sticking to the boundaries I've struggled to keep. I've always had a hard time saying no, coming in on my days off, and trying to fit everyone in, but I've realized that in order to be my best for both my family and my clients, I need to make some changes.

I've also been navigating some autoimmune-related health issues over the past month, and it's been a reminder that taking care of myself has to be a priority too.

Because I'll be working fewer days permanently, I will not be accepting any new clients at this time. I want to dedicate my time and energy to the wonderful clientele I've built over the past 17 years and make sure each of you continues to receive the care and attention you deserve.

I'll also be spending much less time on Facebook for the sake of my mental health. If you need to schedule an appointment, please send me a message or text me directly.

Im only working 2/3 days a week so all appointments MUST be made in advance. I am staying booked around a month out at a time - minus a couple morning appointments here or there.

Just a reminder - Im only in the shop 2/3 days a week. My evenings stay booked out, I would recommend booking multiple appointments out at a time & definitely pre booking ahead of time for all evening appointments.

✨ Mental Health Break ✨

Hey everyone, I just want to take a moment to thank all of my amazing clients and friends who support me daily. 💕 As much as I love connecting here, I’ve realized I need to take a step back from Facebook to give myself some space to recharge mentally and emotionally.

This is just me pressing pause for a little while so I can come back refreshed and ready to pour even more love and creativity into my work behind the chair. ✂️✨
