I am happy to be celebrating our 2nd year with this free hair program located in Westbury NY for ages 9yrs to 17yrs old . This course is a 8 week hair program.

I am incredibly proud of the achievements of our young women, aged 9 to 15, this year. In our second year, their dedication and effort have been truly remarkable.
