A little day in my life 🤎
One thing I’m learning in this season of life is that balance doesn’t mean doing everything, every single day. It means making time for the things that matter, even when life is busy.
Started my morning with a workout, then spent my afternoon doing what I love most… taking care of three beautiful clients. 🫶🏼
Between being a mom, a wife, a business owner, and trying to take care of myself somewhere in the middle, some days feel like a juggling act.
But I’m learning that taking time for myself isn’t taking time away from everything else. It’s what allows me to show up better for all of it.
Some days are more balanced than others, and that’s okay. Just figuring it out as I go. 🤍

But seriously.. when we’re working on repairing your skin barrier, adding random scrubs, acids and actives can set us backwards. Over-exfoliation can leave your skin MORE dehydrated, irritated and reactive and can even make breakouts look worse.
Your facial is only one piece of the puzzle. What you do with your skin the other 29 days of the month matters even more.
So before you let Target convince you that you need a new scrub, peel, toner and 14% something-or-other…

There are a lot of things I won’t do as your esthetician, but treating you like just another name on my books might be the biggest one. 🤎
Of course I care about your skin and getting you results, but I care just as much about how you feel when you’re here.
I want to remember the little things. I want you to have a snack if you’re hungry, feel comfortable enough to ask questions, know that your treatment was chosen specifically for YOU, and feel like you can fully relax the second you walk through my door.
You’re trusting me with your skin, your time, and a little piece of your day and I never want to take that for granted.
Good skin is the goal, but feeling genuinely cared for will always be part of the experience here. 🤎
