What Are Shower Steamers?

Shower steamers are aromatic, fizzy tablets designed to dissolve in water and release therapeutic steam infused with menthol crystals and essential oils.

Types of shower steamers:

💜 Lavender:
This is perfect for winding down and calming your energy at the end of the day. Made with lavender essential oil.

💛 Energy:
Great for waking up the senses and getting you ready for the day. Made with menthol and lemon essential oil.

💚 Sinus Blend:
Ideal for soothing minor sinus congestion. Made with menthol, eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils.

How do you use a shower steamer?

🤍 1. Turn on your hot water and let it run for at least 5 minutes with the door closed. Place a shower steamer on the floor of your shower, on a shelf, or in the baggie provided, making sure it’s not in the direct stream of water.

🤍 2. As it gets wet (activated), the steamer will begin to dissolve, releasing the menthol and essential oils into the steam.

🤍 3. Breathe deeply and enjoy the benefits of the menthol & essential oils.

🤍 4. For best results, avoid placing it in the direct stream of water. This can cause the steamer to dissolve too quickly.
