Good Evening!

Reaching out to each of you to see if you might be interested in helping out with a worthy cause.

Junior Women's League of Smithfield has ten teal Blessing Boxes at local fire stations in Johnston County for community members to anonymously donate or pick up essentials like non-perishable food items and toiletries during their time of need. There are at least 20 Blessing Boxes in service at some local businesses and several Churches also.

We, along with some other Humanitarian-focused friends, are attempting to meet some of these basic needs and stock these boxes on a regular basis. We were shocked to learn just how great the need is in our local area. We hope that you will join us in supporting this effort! We can provide a sample shopping list of necessary items needed. If you want to fill Blessing Boxes near you, we can provide the list of locations with addresses. Also, you can collect items and reach out to us, and we'll be happy to pick up the items up or you can drop off at the salon for us to distribute. Thank you for your consideration regarding this worthy and needed service. DM me for any additional information. 😊
