Living Kiln

I think I’m long overdue for a re-introduction in honor of The Guide to Drippy Glaze launching tomorrow☺️💛 so hi friends I’m Emily the artist behind Living Kiln!

I started pottery about 5 years ago and somewhere along the way it turned into my whole life 💗

My favorite part of pottery is glazing and the experimentation of it all! If I could only glaze and never throw again I would! 😅

Some random fun facts to know more about me:)

💗 I’m a huge animal lover and have five pets, including my rescue bunny, Junie!

💗My husband and I met in Hawaii!

💗My main hobby outside of pottery is working out and I almost never miss a day in the gym!

💗I only love EDM music!! I will listen to a SoundCloud live set of any day!

💗 I used to work as an aesthetic nurse before becoming a full time potter!

💗My fav movies are a wide range between: The Interview, We’re the Miller’s, The Burbs, Wild America, and The Secret Life of Walter Mitty!

Things I love: cats, sushi, the office, reading, going to bed early, warm weather (82 is the perfect temp).

Things I hate: cheese, pasta, people who don’t like cats, condiments, bare feet, scary movies.
