Behind every appointment, we’re doing our best to make sure each client who walks through our doors feels welcomed, safe, cared for, and leaves with healthier skin, beautiful lashes, or simply feeling a little more relaxed than when they arrived.

We’re human, too. Occasionally we may make mistakes—missing a reminder to save a product for you, or spending extra time caring for one area of your treatment, which may mean another part, like the massage, isn’t quite as long as expected.

If we’ve ever made a mistake or fallen short of your expectations, we sincerely apologize. It is never our intentional.
