📢 A LITTLE CLIENT REMINDER — PLEASE READ! 📢

I hate having to make posts like this, but I also have to protect my time, my business, and my livelihood. ❤️

When you book an appointment with me, that time is being reserved specifically for YOU. I turn other clients away and plan my entire day around the appointments on my schedule.

✨ CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING ✨

• Please give me AT LEAST 24 HOURS NOTICE if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• If you need to cancel, PLEASE JUST TELL ME. I would much rather you be honest with me than not show up or wait until the last minute. Things happen, and I completely understand that! ❤️

• If you cancel/reschedule TWICE, there will be a rescheduling fee required before you can book another appointment. This is simply to protect my time from repeatedly being left with an empty appointment slot.

✨ APPOINTMENT REMINDERS ✨

When I send out your appointment reminder, you will have 24 HOURS to respond YES or NO.

If you already know that you aren’t going to be able to make your appointment, please let me know when I send the reminder! Don’t feel bad about telling me you need to cancel. I would much rather have that time back with enough notice to offer it to someone else.

If you don’t respond to your reminder within the 24-hour window, I may have to consider your appointment unconfirmed and open that spot back up.

Please remember: a missed appointment isn’t just an empty chair. It’s time that I could have spent with another client who was waiting for an opening, and it’s income that I don’t get back.

I absolutely LOVE my clients and appreciate every single one of you more than you know. 🥹❤️ My goal isn’t to make anyone feel bad—it’s simply to make sure my business can continue running smoothly and that I’m able to give each of you the time and attention you deserve.

So please, communicate with me! If something comes up, just shoot me a message. I promise I would rather know than be left sitting there wondering where you are. 😂❤️

You ppl act like this is Daytona 500 through here & I’ve had just about as much as I can take with the speeding, passing, & whatever else yall do down through here!!! K18 treatment for that “ ONE CLIENT” I always refer to when I talk about the treatment! It has been an absolute GAME CHANGER for her & myself lol… that piece I’m holding in the second photo is proof of what this has done for her! When we started this treatment for her that piece of hair along we the rest of her hair line back there & other locations in her hair were “broken off” & was maybe 2inches long if that, BUT LOOK AT IT GROWING 😭🤩
-if you are one of those “I have to have my hair highlighted” clients no matter how broken off it is or becomes THIS is for you!!!!! But it is a great option for EVERYONE!!!

As I’m sure many of you know we have lost our “Maw Emogene” (Caleb’s grandmother) today! Unfortunately I only knew her for 7 years but blessed to be apart of her for that many years, she tucked me & ashton right under her wing & then came jasi & that was her “babygirl”!!! To know her was to love her & I’ll forever be grateful for all them prayers said for my husband over the years, & then for all of them said for the past 7 years for all of us!!! We will always & forever remember & love you Maw!!!❤️🫶🏼 pls keep us ALL in your prayers!
-with that being said her arrangements will be this week sometime so of course I’ll be messaging all of my clients to rearrange appointments!!!🫶🏼
