Before you were visible to anyone else, you were known by Him!

And...He LOVES you....and nothing can separate you from His love.
Not one single mistake, trauma, bad day, broken relationship....nothing.

You are completely loved right now!

Somewhere along the way, being smart felt safer than being creative.
In this season, there are parts of myself I am meeting again.
Isaiah 60:1 TPT "Rise up in splendor and be radiant, for your light has dawned, and YAHWEH's glory now streams from you."

Yes....YOU, and me.

His glory shines to us, and through us.

So let this be your permission to SHINE!

There may be parts of you that do not need to be invented.
They may need to be remembered, welcomed, and brought back into the light.

I recently had the opportunity to share a little of my story with Voyage Phoenix for their Hidden Gems series.

As I answered their questions, I found myself reflecting on the many twists and turns that have brought me here.

From creating natural skincare products for my family to launching Awaken Joy Leadership, pursuing my doctorate, and walking alongside others through their own transformation journeys—there has been one consistent thread.

A desire to find practical solutions that help people live healthier, freer, more whole lives.
And the journey certainly hasn't been a straight line!

There have been beautiful seasons of growth, unexpected setbacks, moments of questioning, and plenty of opportunities to practice what I teach.

I'm grateful for the opportunity to share a little more about the woman behind Awaken Joy.

A sentence I'm sitting with today: You were wanted before you were born. Before achievement, usefulness, or becoming, there was intention.

Psalm 27:4 TPT:
"Here's the one thing I crave from YAHWEH, the one thing I seek above all else: I want to live with Him every moment in His house, beholding the marvelous beauty of YAHWEH, filled with awe, delighting in His glory and grace. I want to contemplate in His temple."

Choose one area of your life you want to contemplate with Him right now.
Stop scrolling, pause, invite Him into this space with you and hear His heart about your circumstance.

Love can be present while the heart is still learning how to open.
Receiving may be its own sacred work!
Every magnificent work of art takes time, and intention.
The journey is the destination!

You are not a rough draft God regrets.
What would change if you received His workmanship with gratitude rather than constant critique?
Are you ready to choose one area you have a pattern of criticizing yourself and surrender it today?

I am learning that being loved and receiving love are not always the same thing. Sometimes receiving requires us to soften, trust, and let the truth come closer.
Which means I have to allow more vulnerability than I may be comfortable with.
Have you ever wondered why vulnerability is easier with some people than with others????

Some truths stay near the surface for years. Then one day, grace helps them reach somewhere deeper.
Have you ever noticed how you can know something in your mind and not believe it in your heart?

What changes when a woman stops trying to prove who she is and begins receiving who God says she is?
Today, I dare you to grab a journal, find a quiet spot, and ask the Lord - Who do YOU say I am?
